The transmitted values are hidden and transferred \u201cunder the radar\u201d during the activity and only at the end of each activity we will debate and discuss the values that we wanted to convey and empower. This method prevents prejudice, creates full cooperation of the participants and intensifies the experience in retrospect.<br \/>\nIn \u201cFuntom experience and challenge\u201d three major departments, each of the departments focuses on a specific custom audience. The team goes through a long and intensive training by our team leaders. All our instructors have a diverse experience with many groups of tourists. Our instructors are trained to work professionally and safely. The vast majority of our instructors served in combat and elite units and have reached us through recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>We put an extra emphasis on the choice of our instructors. We make sure that the same instructors would accompany the group from the beginning to the end of the activity while creating a personal connection with the participants. All our instructors speak high level English. We believe that our instructors should serve as a role model and follow educational and ethical values. In every activity we perform there will be a full inspection with our insurance company until every certificate of approval needed is given.
