Yoga at sunrise

This experience starts quietly and gradually starts to reach the heights of dance and mental freedom. This special workshop is full of energy, excitement, and enjoyment. Each participant will practice and experience a combination of rhythms and music while overlooking stunning views of Israel. This is an experience that can only be seen at sunrise!

Participants will come to a predetermined place where each participant will receive a personal yoga mat and a lecture on various yoga practices. They will then exercise the practical lessons they learned while enjoying an extraordinary spiritual experience!!!
