  • Full name as it appears on their passport
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Nationality

What are the Cancellation method?

A.

In the case of cancellation of the event by inviting cancellation fees will work:
Less than 4 week before – 50% of the cost.
Less than a week before – 75% of the cost.
One day before – 100% of the cost.

What are the payments terms?

A.

Payment Terms: an advance of 50% and the balance within 60 days.
When signing the commission will be paid: 25% of ACT registration would not be
returned to imagine any case of cancellation

We can branding all the activities – we will be happy to offer ideas and options.

What we include in price?

Most of our activities include meals, transportation, treats, support and coordination.
Prices do not include VAT.
Price is according to the representative exchange rate on the day of receipt.
