Funtom experience and challenge specializes in creating unique activities and in the construction of educational values transmitted through challenging, interactive and exciting activities.

The activities develop and improve group dynamics, formation of the participants, relationships between the participants, the individual in the group, individual and collective capabilities and empowerment of team synergy. We put a strong emphasis on producing activities that implement values and messages and by that, we transform the enjoyable experience into a tool through which we can learn about ourselves and how to be better, to learn about our environment and the organization or institution to which we belong to.

After setting the right values with you, we will build and create activities designed to promote the attainment of these values. The transmitted values are hidden and transferred “under the radar” during the activity and only at the end of each activity we will debate and discuss the values that we wanted to convey and empower. This method prevents prejudice, creates full cooperation of the participants and intensifies the experience in retrospect.
In “Funtom experience and challenge” three major departments, each of the departments focuses on a specific custom audience. In this approach, we guarantee to produce the activities in the most professional manner and in an accurate way to the requirements of the participants.

At Funtom experience and challenge there is an experienced and trained team of instructors. The team goes through a long and intensive training by our team leaders. All our instructors have a diverse experience with many groups of tourists. Our instructors are trained to work professionally and safely. The vast majority of our instructors served in combat and elite units and have reached us through recommendations.

We put an extra emphasis on the choice of our instructors. We make sure that the same instructors would accompany the group from the beginning to the end of the activity while creating a personal connection with the participants. All our instructors speak high level English. We believe that our instructors should serve as a role model and follow educational and ethical values. We know that the connection between the instructor and the group is extremely important and it’s the main factor in making the activity meaningful and enjoyable.

“Funtom experience and challenge”team puts a clear emphasis on the safety of activities, participants, employees and suppliers. We make sure that each provider and employee that works with us confirms in writing and sends a photocopy of the certificate of training/license of his expertise. We do our best to achieve the safest activity by reaching the highest standards expected of us and most importantly we make sure all of the participants, instructors and suppliers return home safely.
o Our insurance company is a market leader in the field of experience and challenge events. In every activity we perform there will be a full inspection with our insurance company until every certificate of approval needed is given. We always insure our events way ahead and coordinate them with the relevant authorities
